The 12 days of christmas was a huge publicity boost for View From The Quad. It consisted of 12 days of podcasts, each one giving away a really nice prize. On the last day, however on the last day, Christmas day, VFTQ gave away one of the greatest prizes given away in sci-fi/fantasy podcasting - a copy of the first Harry Potter book, signed by four of the main characters in the movie.

Day 1: On day 1 of the competition, the wonderful Mur Lafferty gave me a signed copy of Playing for Keeps to give away.

Day 2: On day 2, Tee Morris, the first podcast novelist, gave me a signed copy of Billibub Baddings and the Case of the Singing Sword to give away.

Day 3: On day 3, Scott Sigler gave me a signed copy of the now out of print book, Ancestor to give away

Day 4: On day 4, Mur and Geeklabel again stood up to the plate and offered a signed Playing for Keeps T-shirt for me to give away.

Day 5: On day 5, Seth Harwood gave away a VERY special prize. It was a signed, limited edition, pre-release copy of Jack Wakes Up.

Day 6: Day five brought a music prize, a signed copy of Interrobang by George Hrab.

Day 7: On day 7, Evo Terra and Tee Morris gave a signed copy of Expert Podcasting Practices for Dummies to me to give away.

Day 8: On day 8, Phill Rossi gave me a limited edition, signed copy of the audiobook Crescent. This was one of the only ones ever made.

Day 9: On day 5, Seth Harwood gave away another VERY special prize. It was a signed, limited edition, pre-release copy of Jack Wakes Up.

Day 10: On day 10, Tee Morris gave me a signed copy of Legacy of Morevi to give away.

Day 11: On day 11, Dr Randy Olson gave me a signed copy of Flock of Dodos, The Evolution-Intelligent Design Circus to give away.

Day 12: On day 12, I gave away a copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, signe by signed by Katie Leung (Cho Chang), Devon Murray (Seamus Finnigan), Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy)
